Holds a PhD in Civil protection and crisis management from the University of Defense, Brno and he successfully passed Insurance management course at University of Economics, Prague. He has worked in insurance branch on various management positions within Vienna Insurance Group since 2006. In the years 2012, 2013 he was concerned with internal development and implementing of Solvency II requirements, mainly internal control system for Enterprise risk management department, VIG headquarters. Since 2014 is active as economist and company manager in private sector. He is the author of some national and international papers and took a part in some scientific projects.
